VENI IOZZO

Competitive, positive and engaging are the words often used to describe Veni Iozzo. She has a proven track record over her 25-year career in the financial services industry of accelerating performance. In her current role, she provides strategic leadership in the development, implementation and measurement of corporate communications across all of CIBC’s group of companies. She is also an avid volunteer in support of women’s issues and for four years was a valued member of the Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 board.
JODI KOVITZ
Chief Executive Officer, ACETECH ONTARIO Founder, #MOVETHEDIAL
Jodi Kovitz is a transformative growth and revenue strategist. She is also a passionate connector of people. Through member-based non-profit AceTech Ontario, she supports chief executive officers and executives of technology companies by providing best-in-class, peer-to-peer learning, roundtables and education. Kovitz is the founder of #MoveTheDial a movement to transform the face of tech leaders in Canada, with a mandate of advancing women to help Canada succeed on the global stage.

Co-Founder, CLEARBANC
Tech titan Michele Romanow is a serial entrepreneur who started three companies before her 28th birthday. The youngest-ever entrepreneur to join CBC’s hit show Dragons’ Den, Romanow is the co-founder of e-commerce platforms Buytopia.ca and SnapSaves (acquired by Groupon). Her latest venture, Clearbanc, provides financial services to freelancers and independent contractors. She is a two-time Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 winner.
SARA L. AUSTIN

A passionate champion for women and children and an established senior leader with 20 years of experience in the non-profit/charitable sector, Sara L. Austin has led global advocacy campaigns and shaped major public policy efforts. Her advocacy on behalf of children resulted in the UN General Assembly adopting groundbreaking legislation. Through Children First, a national non-profit, Austin is on a mission to protect and empower Canada’s children. Wisdom Mentoring™ Program.
By connecting with Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100™ Award winners, Wisdom Mentoring™ mentees are exposed to opportunity that is otherwise inaccessible. The Wisdom Mentoring™ program is designed for women striving to advance in their careers and seeking the tools to excel professionally and personally. The program education sessions are delivered in Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto with Top 100 Mentors participating from across Canada. To date, over 1200 women have already taken their careers to the next level because of their experience in the program.

Member - $2,195.00 + tax per person
Non-Member - $2,495.00 + tax per person

The program includes:
- Opening reception with Wisdom Mentoring™ program protégées, mentors and partners;
- Three full days of classroom instruction presented by our Education Partner, Beedie School of Business at SFU and other leading experts;
- Four one-hour meetings with your personal mentor, one of the Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100™ Award Winners
There is a Mentor Matching Questionnaire after your application has been approved. From this information you provide, we will match you with an experienced Top 100 Award Winner who shares your industry, interests and/or background.
There are three full days of classroom sessions, as well as four one-hour meetings with your Mentor. Depending on these meetings, the Program can extend to the end of the year.
