Our commitment to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in Canada

Our Diversity Council of Canada are an influential group of FP500 organizations, entrepreneurs, not-for-profit, educational facilities and public and private companies. Sitting on the Council are our CEOs and Diversity Champions from each of these organizations. The Diversity Council itself embodies the ideal representation in every sense of the word: ethnicity, gender, LGBTQ2+, generational, geography, industry, vocation and more.

Diversity Council Members

Our Diversity Council members are positioned as a thought leaders in respect to equity, diversity and inclusion. EDI is one of the top business challenges facing companies around the world. In collaboration with our Diversity Council, our goal is to increase the representation of women, visible minorities, Indigenous peoples, persons with disabilities and members of the LGBTQ2+ community on boards of directors and in senior leadership roles.
