Andrea Menard, a Métis songstress and expert in Feminine Leadership, kicks off our WXN Summer Sizzle series with the Four Sacred Bodies Ritual webinar to help professional women break the cycle of exhaustion, develop skills in self-care, and schedule time with their Sacred Self.

You know that feeling when you dig your toes into warm sand? When you sip a cold beverage in the sun? When the wind whips through your hair as you cruise with the windows down? That’s summer.

It’s also the perfect time to gear up for the rest of the year. To arm yourself with mental, emotional, physical and spiritual strength for whatever comes next. To remember to do something kind for yourself, have fun and enjoy life.

In other words: It’s time to make your summer sizzle.

That’s what WXN’s Summer Sizzle is all about. Our new virtual cocktail chat series powers up your skills in the arts of grounding, resilience, nutrition, happiness and more. Plus, it’s fully interactive – meaning you’ll not only learn something new, but you’ll get to practice it, too!

So grab your favourite drink, head out to your patio and get ready to mix and mingle with our amazing WXN community of great leaders.

Session Overview:

FOUR SACRED BODIES RITUAL - Physical, Emotional Mental, Spiritual

• Concerned about your exhaustion?
• Feeling blocked emotionally?
• Want more peace of mind and body?

The Four Sacred Bodie Ritual is a 90-minute webinar to help professional women break the cycle of exhaustion, develop skills in self-care, and schedule time with their Sacred Self. Andrea Menard, a Métis songstress and expert in Feminine Leadership, offers a uniquely Indigenous perspective in learning how to communicate with the Four Sacred Bodies.

In Indigenous traditions, the Four Sacred Bodies are the Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Spiritual Bodies. They are seen as four complementary, integral parts of a unified whole. By learning to communicate with these fundamental parts of yourself, your ability to function effectively in your personal and professional life improves dramatically.

The Four Sacred Bodies Ritual helps you:

• Increase your self-awareness.
• Improve your ability to communicate.
• Develop your listening skills.
• Honour your feelings.
• Slow down.
• Cultivate a ritual of self-care.

Listening to your Physical Body helps you become present.
Trusting your Emotional Body brings you profound guidance.
Focusing your Mental Body helps you calm your nervous system.
Aligning with your Spiritual Body helps you love and live in ease & grace.
